By participating in the Lucky Duck Jewelry Buy Back Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
Lucky Duck Jewelry accepts most fine jewelry items, including solid gold, sterling silver, and genuine gemstones, in any condition (used, damaged, or broken).
We do not accept costume jewelry or non-precious materials.

2. Prepaid Shipping Label
After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you by the end of day.
You are responsible for securely packaging your items before shipment. Lucky Duck Jewelry is not liable for items lost or damaged due to improper packaging.

3. Evaluation Process
Once your package is received, items will be evaluated based on material value, condition, craftsmanship, and current market rates.
Evaluations are final and determined at the sole discretion of Lucky Duck Jewelry. Find current spot prices here 

4. Offers & Payouts
You will receive an offer via email for either:

  • Cash payout, or
  • Store credit (offered at a higher value)

For previously purchased Lucky Duck Jewelry pieces, buyouts may be offered at up to 75% of the original purchase price, depending on condition.

5. Acceptance Window
Offers must be accepted within 10 days of delivery. If no response is received, Lucky Duck Jewelry reserves the right to:

  • Return the item to you, or
  • Consider the offer declined

6. Return Shipping (If Declined)
If you decline the offer, items can be returned to you upon request. Return shipping costs may apply and will be deducted if applicable.

7. Payment Processing
Payments will be issued within 3–5 business days after offer acceptance.
Cash payments are processed via approved payment methods determined between seller & Lucky Duck Jewelry.

8. Ownership & Authenticity
By submitting items, you confirm that you are the legal owner and that all items are authentic to the best of your knowledge. Lucky Duck Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any items suspected to be counterfeit or misrepresented.

9. Liability
Lucky Duck Jewelry is not responsible for:

  • Items lost in transit prior to receipt
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Items that do not meet program criteria

10. Program Changes
Lucky Duck Jewelry reserves the right to modify or terminate the Buy Back Program or these terms at any time without prior notice.
